  • How do I care for my Softie pieces? 

  • Softie pieces are crafted with attention to quality and durability for pieces that last. With that said, we always recommend you care for your pieces the right way to keep them looking their best.

  • Can I swim in my terry towelling Softie pieces? 

  • Yes. Whilst terry towelling is not typically used for swimming, we have tried and tested this and have seen fantastic results. Softie is perfect for a quick ocean dip or spending the day by the pool!


    We wouldn’t recommend undertaking high impact activities in Softie - it’s not performance wear :)


  • What if the pieces don’t suit me? 

  • It’s important to us that our customers are happy and confident shopping with Softie. We have a 30 day return or exchange policy.

  • How do I know what size to buy? 

  • Whilst it’s convenient (welove it!) we understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky.


    We aim to create our Softie pieces true to industry size standards. If our pieces fall outside of this, there will be a note in the description of the product to give you more information when considering your sizing.

  • Why does Softie produce in small quantities? 

  • We produce in small quantities to assure we create minimal waste. You will often see us working off a pre-order model, that allows us to garner customer interest, and then produce based off demand. 


    We work with a small, family owned business with staff who work in happy, safe and comfortable environments with time to create our garments with love and care. 


    All Softie orders are packaged in biodegradable packaging. 


  • What does it mean if the item I want to buy is on pre-order? 

  • When an item is on pre-order, this means that stock is currently in production, and not yet available to be shipped. 


    Placing a pre-order will guarantee that you will receive that item and as we go along in the production process we will provide updates.


    Please note, whilst we do our best to deliver items within the specified timeframe, sometimes delays in the production process or changes in freight availability to occur. Any changes you will be notified - we always keep an open line of communication with our customers. 


  • What are your refund and exchange policies? 

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your pieces, you can lodge a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order.
